Shipyard Training — Offensive Line Training
Offensive Line Development

BUILT IN
THE SHIPYARD.

A complete offensive line development program built to make linemen more technically sound, mentally faster, and better prepared to play the position at a high level. Every athlete trains on individualized, position-specific instruction built around their game, their body, and where they need to improve.

The Program

Four details. One complete lineman.

Every rep is built around technique, film, IQ, and scheme — the full blueprint, not just one piece of it.

DETAIL A — ON-FIELD TECHNIQUE

Technique

Personalized offensive line instruction focused on the details that separate good linemen from great ones — stance, starts, footwork, hand placement, leverage, balance, body positioning, strike timing, pass protection, run blocking, and finishing.

DETAIL B — INDIVIDUAL FILM STUDY

Film

One-on-one film breakdown that goes beyond whether a rep was won or lost. We diagnose why it happened, what the player saw, how technique affected the rep, and exactly what needs to change — so athletes learn to critique their own tape.

DETAIL C — FOOTBALL IQ & MENTAL PROCESSING

IQ

Learn to see the game through an offensive lineman's eyes: pre-snap recognition, defensive identification, pressure awareness, front and coverage indicators, tendencies, communication, and post-snap decision-making.

DETAIL D — PLAYBOOK & TERMINOLOGY MASTERY

Scheme

Advanced education in offensive line schemes, concepts, protections, and defensive structures — learning not just the assignment, but how and why the play works, regardless of system.

The Details

Every level up comes down to the same thing.

Talent gets you in the building. Details decide what happens after that.

53-Man Roster vs. Cut

The difference between making the 53-man roster and getting cut is all in the details.

Roster Spot vs. Pro Bowl

The difference between just making the team and being a Pro Bowler is all in the details.

Pro Bowl vs. Hall of Fame

The difference between making Pro Bowls and making the Hall of Fame is all in the details.

The Goal

They don't just know what to do.
They understand why they're doing it.

Without the shipyard Memorized assignments. Hesitation under pressure.
Inside the shipyard Technique, IQ, and confidence to execute when it matters.
The Standard

What gets said in the room.

The mentality behind every rep — on the field and in the film room.

Give me another inch.
Nobody cares. Work harder.
Don't be a pussy.
Depth is your friend.
Throw your hands.
Fuck 'em all.
It doesn't matter what THEY do. It only matters what YOU do. The technique takes care of EVERYTHING.

Why The Shipyard

Coached by someone who's lived it in the trenches.

Shipyard Training was built by AQ Shipley — a Penn State All-American, Rimington Trophy winner as the nation's top center, and 12-year NFL veteran and Super Bowl champion.

That's not a bio line. It's the standard every rep in this program is measured against — stance, hands, leverage, and the mental processing it takes to play offensive line at the highest level, broken down and rebuilt for the athlete in front of us.
